It introduces knowledge about HIV/AIDS that will enable prospective learners to be informed and caring workers in an industry and managers to develop appropriate policies to deal with the pandemic. The focus is knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in relation to the learner and management with a view to creating a caring environment in the workplace and the community.
